If I could give this company a negative number of stars, I would. I just received a box of Easter candy and one of the Lucozade cans inside the box had been crushed and had soaked into everything, turning it into a big, soggy, sticky, orange mess that was literally dripping when I picked it up. It wasn't UPS's fault. The fault lay with the careless packers in the warehouse who'd thrown everything in the box. There wasn't even a quality control sheet in there, for obvious reasons. When I contacted them with photos of the mess, they told me to return the damaged items. Really? You want me to somehow mail back the soggy, soaked cardboard and ruined candy in a magical, leakproof box? Give me a break! $100+ down the drain with no attempt by them to refund my money or give me rewards points towards my next purchase. This company shows ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY and the worst customer service I've ever encountered. I've spent so much money in the past buying their merchandise, wanting to support a small business. Lesson learned. Never again.

We ordered 8 easter eggs. 3 arrived broken. We have sent three emails and pictures. No response. Not recommended

I spent over $42.00 on items I never received. The items were sent to the wrong address, and when I informed them, they stopped responding to my email. I even asked them to send the items to the correct address, and no one has responded. It's been over 2 months, and I'm yet to get a refund or replace the items. I will have to dispute the charges through my creditor.

The last review I read rated this company very low. I am a first-time customer and had seen mixed reviews for them but I decided to give them a try. Here's my experience: I placed my order close to the holidays and made a mistake and had to reach out to their customer service via email. The turnaround time was very good and the issue was resolved on the first contact. I just received my order today 1/3/2022 and I was impressed by the careful way the order was packed. The glass jars included in the order were well wrapped individually in plenty of bubble wrap. We tried the perishable items right away (Crisps/Chocolate etc) and they tasted great. I was impressed overall by my experience and will definitely be ordering again. I may even subscribe to their monthly Brit-Pack subscription! Sorry to hear someone had a negative experience but I can't fault my order at all. Enjoying my taste of home as we speak! Cheers!

This company has a lot of bad reviews, and for very good reason! I ordered a good-sized box of Christmas chocolates, and was pleased to receive them pretty quickly. Unfortunately, upon opening them, I saw that many were very well past their sell-by date. The Galaxy bars, Aeros, and Yorkies were rock hard, dusty and white, and tasteless. The British Food Depot are selling stale old crap passed off as new. Never again will I order from them. They're scammers.

Spent £37 on stuff to send to my partner in Pennsylvania. Took my mo ey and then said sorry address can't be authorised, well I checked it and its correct but I can't get a response when I messaged them. I feel I've been scammed.
