Waiting over week for a rental car approval and nothing, don’t return my calls or emails. I wouldn’t put 1 star, but this the only way I can review. The right answer is - zero star

This company charges my father bank card with out his permission that is froud do not do business with this company

Switched to Bristol West because Farmers had increased my renewal price by 40% in just one 6-month renewal cycle. Bristol West allowed me to keep bundle discounts at a rate much cheaper than Farmers was offering for auto. Thankfully, I never had to submit a claim. Unfortunately, little communication was sent indicating a small--but completely significant--step needed to complete the policy. I'd already paid in full and received policy documents. I received exactly one email requesting a signature. It had expired by the time I opened it. Months later, I finally hear back that they are cancelling my policy if I don't pay a $106 charge. Why? I hadn't accepted the autopay agreement and lost the discount--resulting in more than 10% surcharge. Even though I hadn't reach the time for renewal. I've already cancelled the renewal now. Getting out of this mess before I have a bigger issue to deal with.

It was very easy to purchase my Bristol West insurance for my two new vehicles', I did it with "homeowners insurance." Agency in Encino. Dan Francke did an excellent job, he was very professional and attentive and fitted the exact insurance to my needs. Everything from start to finish was made so simple so I could choose the right insurance for my needs. Clear explanations, lots of patience, a much better price than anyone else, and easy to sort out. Very pleased.

If I could give 0 stars I would horrible company to get insurance. premiums went up almost 300$ dollars I canceled my policy and still got charged please do not use this company you will save yourself a lot of money and headaches

Straight up scammers. They keep charging me more money than what I'm supposed to be paying. Didn't take long. First payment was about $10 more than the payment plan. My last payment was about $20 higher than the plan. Don't use this insurance company. They're crooks.
