I believe that most of the negative reviews here are fake or from competitors. I have been driving for 35 years and this was the best experience I’ve ever had quoting and buying from an auto insurer. They dealt with me via text and through DocuSign. We did everything in an extremely clear, concise, and effective way. Tamlynn was my agent who kept me in the loop and took care of me patiently in no longer than 15 minutes. On top of all of that they have the best above all others including Geico, Progressive etc. with a quote for exactly what I needed in Florida.

I have been using Bristol west insurance for a couple of years now and I wouldn’t have it any other way! I absolutely love the Tressa Sigman team based out of New Mexico! We have our farm in Las Cruces and I needed a great insurance provider and they have gone above and beyond for us every time! It was very easy to purchase my Bristol West insurance for my two new vehicles', I did it with "homeowners insurance." Agency in Encino. Dan Francke did an excellent job, he was very professional and attentive and fitted the exact insurance to my needs. Everything from start to finish was made so simple so I could choose the right insurance for my needs. Clear explanations, lots of patience, a much better price than anyone else, and easy to sort out. Very pleased.

For someone who needed a second chance I thank God for Bristol West. I don't know what people expect because I would rather pay an extra 50 bucks then to not get approved for insurance. My agent is Matthew and he is absolutely awesome. He's patient he's kind He says nice thing and he knows what he's doing and he gets down to business.
