This was my first experience booking travel accommodations thru BringFido, and I don’t know how I have been getting by without it! The convenience and peace of mind from booking thru this service was amazing! You are given a full selection of pet-friendly lodging in your desired location, with very helpful ratings, tips, and comments. In the past I have driven or called from hotel to hotel before, looking for a pet-friendly room, often taking whatever I could find, or arriving to find they are NOT pet-friendly despite what the website said. Never again! I’ve been spreading the news about this great app to my pet-parent friends. Invaluable!

We used their services to book for travel with our cat. The hotel, whose website indicated they were 'pet' friendly, turned us away with our cat at 10pm at night. The BringFido customer service person was polite, apologetic (although not their error), and amazing. She corrected their website for the hotel in question and issued a full refund within 15 minutes at 10pm. The best customer service experience I have ever had.

We planned our entire trip from Puerto Vallarta, MX to Oklahoma City, OK with Bring Fido! Very helpful when had to change plans because of a hurricane! Easy to work with, friendly, and professional. Wouldn’t plan a trip without them!!

We stayed at Studio 6 in Pensacola, Florida. Everyone was pleasant and welcoming. Our room was very clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

I love this site. I'm beginning to rely on it for every detail. My last trip went like clockwork with dog-friendly hotels, restaurant patios, dog parks for rest stops, dog-friendly hikes and events--everything you could ever want for travels with dog. Beautiful.

WOW was BringFido a God-send when we were traveling with our cat. It was so convenient to just check the website for the city we would be in and we would have a hotel which accommodated our pet. The website had many, many options in many price ranges. It will certainly be our go to resource when we travel with Remington.

Bring Fido has been invaluable and instrumental in helping me find dog friendly things. I have a 90 lb dog and my friend has a 25 lb dog. We have been able to find hotels, restaurants and dog friendly places to play. They take a lot of the hassle and guess-work out of finding places that accept dogs. I will continue to use them and will be recommending them to all my animal loving friends.

Apparently the hotel we booked at needed a separate call to book rooms. Fortunately I checked the confirmation email, because buried in the verbage was that warning. I called the number, and discovered that Bringfido hadn't called and the room want available. I'm glad I found out before we got to our destination only to find we had no room...that's not the kind of memorable vacation we're looking for. The Bringfido reps only problem solving was we could still have the room if we left our dog behind. We won't be using them again for any booking needs.
