The Bring Fido staff was exceptionally helpful is assisting us with finding a dog-friendly hotel last-minute after a winter storm wiped out our power for over 24 hours. The operator phoned hotels to check availability for us while we waited on another line. I would recommend Bring Fido to anyone looking to travel with their pup!

I had booked a room through BringFido but asked for a receipt from the hotel when we left. The room price was $40 lower on the receipt for the room. I told BringFido about it and asked for a refund. They told me that they are part of Expedia and get a share of the comissions they take for booking rooms. On the BringFido website they state that there are no booking fees with their services. They told me in writing that they get a share of the commission. They have refused to refund the difference. I would think they would be liable since their website states no fees are taken. Sounds like false advertising to me. I'd be wary of booking with them and just use them to find hotels and then book with them directly.

The staff was terrific! The rooms were clean. Property has been remodeled and gorgeous. The price was very fair and reasonable. They offer a full breakfast which changes every day. The kitties were happy looking out the window at the new wildlife and very happy in the room. We will recommend to others. We would go back.

What a great way to find fun activities

When I thought about staying in a hotel with my puppy BringFido came to mind. I am so happy I booked with them. They showed me the best hotel to go to with my pet. I was so pleased I will always book through BringFido! My dog was treated like Royalty! Bones at the front desk. Courteous employees who cared about my pet. Very Very clean rooms. I am very satisfied!

Find great dog friendly places to stay or even eat, drink and relax. Always found great hotels and condos thru Bring Fido at the best prices, they also have fantastic customer service and no I don’t work for them just really had good experience with using them. Will always use these guys first. Keep up the good work
