My son is with his Dad for part of the summer and was there yesterday for a missed session with Zachary. I get that the session absolutely should be paid for as his time is valuable. Please pass along that I apologize profusely for this. Can Wyatt please be taken off his schedule for the next couple of Saturdays the 10th and the 17th as he will still be at his Dads and I can't rely on their consistency and follow through. If he can remain on for June 24th and July 1st? He then leaves for July 8th and 15th so I would like him taken off for those dates too. Can he remain on for July 22nd please. I know this is a bit confusing but I need to nip this in the butt now. Thanks!" Based on this communication, it seemed that you sought to rearrange Wyatt's tutoring schedule rather than cancel the subscription entirely, as you planned to attend classes as far as the 22nd of July. We reached out via text since we couldn't reach you through phone calls. We also offered rescheduling options and sent you makeup links for the missed sessions. You did not reply with a message to cancel the subscription and restart when ready. When you sent us clear instructions to cancel your subscription, we did so: "I would like to stop services with you guys". This was received on the 8th of July after your latest renewal. Since then, we have not renewed your bi-weekly subscription. As Head of Customer Service, I am happy to discuss any unresolved issues.
