Although I did not receive the dress I was anticipating Bridelily did their best in working with me to give me a refund.

Dress to not look at all as it did on the website

The dress was absolutely gorgeous. And very well made. Thank you!

We purchased a pale yellow, mermaid style, special event dress. When we received it, it was a bright canary yellow. With it not being correct we needed to return the dress and did this with minimal effort. Raina was very helpful with assisting in the process. The dress was beautiful and well made, just the wrong color.

If I could give none I would. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY; dress took 6-8 weeks to arrive from China, was nothing at all like the photo, and they would refund me after i sent photos as proof. Finally after threatening social media annihilation I got 50% back. The dress is still in our garage in the plastic bag and not even worth donating to charity! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! 🤬

I was skeptical of ordering my bridal gown from the internet, but Bridelily had a beautiful dress I fell in love with at a great price! When the COVID-19 virus struck, I read horror stories of dresses taking longer than usual to come in for brides across the country. I was amazed that not only was my dress NOT delayed but the dress fit like a glove thanks to the custom measurements! The dress itself was great quality and looked JUST like the picture. Definitely worth taking a chance with Bridelily. Great product, great price, and great service!

Terrible! The dress I received looks nothing like the dress I ordered. It is cheap and tacky...sequins sewn on the straps (which was not pictured) and loose lace all over the place. Of course they won’t let me return it because of their “7 day policy” which is also a joke. Save your time and money. Not at all worth it. And don’t try to copy and paste your same “Hi Dear, please contact costumer service” response that we you do for every bad review. That’s even more proof that costumer service is just that...copy and pasted.
