UPDATE! I did receive my dress today after 5 weeks! Very happy with it! Fit perfect, color is exactly the color in the pictures. I would give it a 5 on the dress but for as communication goes not so great. I was very stressed and even bought another dress for back up. I will be returning that one tho~ bc the Bridelily dress is perfection! Giving it a 3 bc of of communication and not keeping me updated.

I ordered a wedding dress and when it finally came, I was very disappointed to discover it was very poor quality and the lace and chiffon were scratchy. The whole dress was also stiff and was just very uncomfortable. It didn’t look like the picture. I was able to send it back though and they gave me a 90% refund and charged a 10% restocking fee, which was fair I guess.🤷🏻‍♀️ But all in all it was a rather stressful experience. The one upside is that the lady I talked to about the return was very sweet and helpful. But I would not recommend buying a wedding dress from here.

Lovely dress, however would have gotten 5 stars if the dress had lining. It was a bit thin.
