My dress was suppose to be ready in 30 days it has been almost 60 and no dress .. not super happy

I found the communication with the website was excellent. I was able to track my order easily with an app on my phone. My daughter loves the dress, which is most important. We will add some embellishments and get it altered but it was made well.

The shop is not based out of Vegas as my research and their site showed. They are based out of China and their sizes run 4-5 sizes smaller than USA. I ordered a dress size 2 sizes larger than mine and it would not fit! Thank God I ordered a back up dress otherwise I would have been without a dress on my wedding day since it came the day before my wedding. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!

Took way longer than what website stated. When I contacted them the lady just kept asking for my wedding date...it doesn’t matter what my wedding date is when I gave you money you keep your end of the bargain and get it to me on time. Also there should be a warning in advance about a local festival that prevents your worldwide business from doing actual business!

My dress is gorgeous!!! I'm very happy to have ordered my dress on Bridelily and have no words to explain how marvelled I am. The dress just came in this week and it fits like a glove! Quality is awesome. Can't wait to wear it on my big day! Paying Rush Shipping was a very good decision, my dress just needed few days to get home in perfect condition!

It just keeps getting worse. The dress is nothing like it showed in the picture. Poor quality in the materials and stitching. My wedding dressed was shipped mashed up in a thin plastic bag. They forgot to send my wedding veil and have no solutions. They just keep saying it already been processed. Customer service clearly doesn't want to resolve the issue or take responsibility for their mistakes and a refund for the veil that they never sent has been rejected multiple times even though it was their error. Very unprofessional. This has been a nightmare experience. Save yourself the stress and skip bridelily.com!!
