I ordered a personalized jewel for my collar. I understood that it wouldn’t be a quick turn around. However my experience has been horrible!! I placed my order in the earlier part of February . I was told that my order would be sent in time for my event. I haven’t received it yet! I won’t be placing another order with this company.

This vendor took an image of our unique Centennial Banner and used it in their online store. Unmasonic and totally unauthorized. When we posted our comments on their website, the comments were removed.

Ordered an auto emblem AASR 32 wings up. The shipping was as much as the emblem. After a week I requested the order be canceled. I was informed it couldn't be because the order had shipped, even though the order still said processing and they couldn't give a tracking number. Finally showed up another week later and was the wrong emblem completely. They ship from China, stay away.

They use metal rivets instead of fabric rivets. They pull out easily. The first one they sent, The handle and rivets came out before i could use it. The replacement they sent had the rivets already coming loose.

Brothers listen to me. This is 100% a fraudulent site. They are literally thieves that will steal your money. See the BBB's review before you buy. You will never, ever be able to reach a human being in regard to anything you have ordered. Please my brothers, listen to a fool who trusted them.

I placed an order a month ago as of 12/20/2024 and I’ve yet to receive my merchandise. I’ve emailed them and they have created a shipping label 6 days ago but yet to ship. Do not order from this company and I’m contacting BBB because they are scamming people for sure. I wish I would have checked the reviews before purchasing smh

Ordered the belt buckle because it looked great on website. I found out that the belt was cheap and I am unable to use it and there is no point in asking for refund because the return policy is crap So much for brotherhood and leads me to believe that no one who works there can be masons!!
