My order was completely wrong and short. It took over 12 weeks to get 1 item that wasn't even what I ordered

This company has the best customer…
This company has the best customer service I have ever received anywhere. They are extremely thorough, friendly, responsive, and truly want to help you. Mark was amazing in helping me with my order and double checked every detail of some custom embroidery work I wanted done on my apron and case. Truth be told my order has not even been delivered yet and I felt compelled to write this review. I will try and update this when I receive my order. PS I never write reviews.
