Considering one of the products arrived to Canada from Turkey, the length of time was adequate at around 3 weeks from start to finish. He stayed in communication with me throughout the entire process, listened to my concerns, and made sure the replacement ring had the finish and engraving details I wanted. I received the new ring and it looks great. I’m very happy with the final result and especially appreciate Will personally following up after delivery to make sure I was satisfied.
