They imply on their site that things ship quickly and that they're either made in the USA or Europe. I ordered a past masters apron which took a month and a half to arrive (despite false claims from their support that "it is set to ship this week" and that they would get back to me with an update). It came from Pakistan and was then routed through the UAE. On top of that, I paid for a leather apron, and they shipped a synthetic one. Support either doesn't listen or is outsourced and doesn't understand the primary language they are supporting. I'm still trying to get them to refund the difference in what I paid vs got and they just keep asking for the apron back.

Ordered the belt buckle because it looked great on website. I found out that the belt was cheap and I am unable to use it and there is no point in asking for refund because the return policy is crap So much for brotherhood and leads me to believe that no one who works there can be masons!!

I bought a rotating masonic ring and when I went to check out and PAY for it, that is when they tacked on almost $10 shipping, for a ring! What it said was that they will calculate the final price at check out. The initial amount doesn't include the shipping. The shipping wasn't added until you click pay. At that point it is to late. Very misleading. I won't buy from them ever again.
