Great customer service and great products would only buy from here in the future

Bricks Mason's immediately took corrective action to resolve a shipping error of my order.

I received my items. I am very pleased with my order. The items look just like how they are advertised on the website. This is not my first order with Bricks Masons. All of the products that I have purchased are amazing.

I highly recommend Bricks Masons. I ordered a Past Master's Apron and a case. The case I ordered was the wrong size and they upgraded it to the correct size for me and sent everything in a very well protected package. It arrived in a timely manner and looks beautiful. Customer service was top notch. I will be returning to buy more items from their shop.

I ordered a baseball cap, great quality, took about a week to arrive. It was well packaged and Mark was quick to answer any and all questions I had during shipping. Will definitely order from Bricks Masons for more Masonic apparel and knick knacks.

I had been without a fez for two years and had tried two other companies to no avail. After paying and waiting for refunds from other companies, Brick Mason came through. They were in contact with me every step of the way. My fez took a little longer than I thought but they went out of their way to ensure i would have something for my meeting. They are my only company for all OES needs. I am forever greatful to Will for everything he did to make this happen for me.

Astounding service, astounding product, Through bricks Masons customer service I spoke to Eric who helped me with a mistake I had made on a custom order. Eric went Above & Beyond, a swift reply from his end notified me that although the mistake was made by me, they would replace the item free of charge and I could keep the old custom item. What an amazing service.
