The good - no fees for ACH payments The bad - After two years of business with Brex, we received notice our account was being closed in 10 days due to violation of the agreement. After multiple emails they refused to be more specific about what we violated. Terrible business practices. We did nothing different from day 1 to day 700 as to our operations. There was no indication as to why the account was cancelled or what we violated. Also, their transaction reporting is just terrible. If you request a statement it provides one statement per day. Lastly, it’s beyond humorous that Brex requested this review to be deleted unless more details were provided. So Brex desires details for bad reviews, but won’t provide them for a Customer they wish to terminate. Hmmmmm…..

I contacted Brex to get a business credit card after reading several positive reviews online regarding their availability to evaluate the issuing of a credit card for small businesses with a limited or no credit score. I provided all the requested information including direct visibility to the company bank account, and I submitted the request for a credit card with a spending limit of $500 per month, with liquidity in the account of over $50,000, and no debt financial or negative position. Our problem was precisely the low/non-existent business score because we have been doing business in the USA for a few months. But at the end of the long process (and the sharing of high sensitive data) we were told that "Brex does not currently support small businesses without professional funding". Nowhere in the long data entry process was this condition ever made, otherwise I would have stopped immediately. I find it misleading and very ambiguous that this very exclusive condition is not explicitly reported both in the reviews online and above all in the Brex application itself.

Great company. Great app. Love everything about them. Reliable and easy to use.

Brex is so shady! They devalued the reward points conversion last spring with ZERO notice to their users, from 1:1 to 1:0.6. Also, they redesigned their website last year to be HORRIBLE. They have seriously the worst, least useful website of any of my banking providers! How are they a tech company if their website sucks so much? It's so hard to figure out inputs and outputs to our account, and the current balance after each transaction. Also, they only revealed after SVB went down last spring that they were using a portion of your funds to play on the money market! They did not disclose this at all prior to the SVB event, and those funds are not protected under FDIC. What a shady, sketchy business!

Brex wrote me an email after only emailing with Sales about applying for an account and what features it comes with as well as the application requirements. I did not even finish the application and I received an email the next day saying i was denied with no explanation. It seems they are over leveraged or are going under because I've heard the same from others and this would be the only thing that adds up. My company has perfect financials and meets all the requirements but yet it seems they are not looking to take on more business. Denying an application before even submitting just shows the writing on the wall right there.

Bad Company. I registered with them and They did not give me a board to send them all the legal documents of my company, and they told me we would keep you on the waiting list. I have never seen any company in my life do something like this I don't recommend it

Extremely poor quality of service. They closed the account saying they won't serve customers below the monthly revenue threshold. And my funds are stuck.
