Fantastic product. Very happy to be rid of receipt collection from my employees.

While I don't manage our Brex program, I use the card and the app regularly and love how easy it is to use. I charge something, my phone dings to tell me to snap a photo of the receipt and write down what it's for, and I'm done. No long tedious T&E forms to fill out. No stapling receipts to paper forms. No questions from accounting. No waiting for expense reimbursements. It's so easy and great that I told my wife about it and now she's looking into rolling it out with her company! Thanks Brex, you're making the world a better place.

Do Not Trust BREX and Absolutely No Human Customer Service. I signed up for a business account because my bank AZLO closed. Brex approved my account and sent me a routing number, account number, and Debit card. I also provided my personal information and linked my checking account. I went online to check my account and it says that it is suspended. So I sat on hold for more than an hour and no one ever picked up. Also, I used the online chat feature and a rep named Sokshi refused to help me or connect me with a supervisor. She told me that my account is under review and that I will have to wait for an email. I immediately told her to close my account and she refused to do that as well. Do not provide your personal information to Brex.
