User-friendly and easy to use!

Easy to use tools & interfaces, incredibly quick and helpful support team, and all around makes my life easier for overseeing finances for my team and personal expenses. Why can't my personal credit card company be this simple and easy to use?

Loving it! Makes our life so much easier. The virtual cards are solving an old issue of handling, applying for physical cards. You issue a card with literally single click of a button. The fact that you can put any limit on a card, means its super easy to manage your company expenses, to give anybody controled access to resources. Also, you can just delete a card with a single click. Which is great when you want to cancel some subscription that would otherwise would be a tedious process and dealing with unresponsive customer center. Over all very impressed with what they have done.

I am based in the Philippines, working for a US-based company. I was issued this virtual cards to use for online purchases for the local team here. Some websites accept the cards, some don't. (example: Grab Vouchers). Overall service is good.

I received a recommendation to Brex from a friend of mine who also recently created a new startup. The application process is very different from conventional banks in that they want to see how much cash on hand you have in order to set your credit limit for their credit cards. After exchanging documentation the account was easily set up and their credit limit was generous and based on your assets. They issued a virtual credit card number immediately and starting using it without any issues. I started using their partner discounts almost immediately. Not all parts of their offers seem to work, but Brex customer service was excellent at resolving the issues. There were some issues linking my bank First Republic Bank to their system, but eventually they got the systems working together. Linking to Quickbooks Online was very easy. All in all this is the best credit card with plenty of benefits if you are a funded startup. I did evaluate Brex cash management and banking, but it was too primitive and obtuse for my needs. I considered SVB, Chase and FRB against the Brex platform and went with FRB because it integrated with the Brex card (eventually Brex and FRB got it working) and QB online and a bunch of the partner companies to Brex.

Moves from a standard banking account to a Rex and love it. The rewards themselves makes you feel like your in the same ballpark of an American Express or Chase Saffire.

Brex has made life as a manger so much easier!
