They need to honor the senior abd loyalty customers than hsve stated with them for 2 decades. They need to acknowledge and willingly offer more significant discounts if they are going to retain these customers, especially in this environment where we now he ave many more options for services than we did in the past

He answered all questions and concerns. This was a new install and he completed it without any complications. Much better than we dealt with Brightspeed (Century 21) years ago. Their customer service was terrible.

Breezeline has turned a page in customer service. The process of adding new service far surpassed my prior experiences.
