First walking stick arrived broken but no fault of Brazos. They replaced it no questions , no hasseles!!! My mom loves it! That's good customer service!! I would highly recommend them!!

When ordering the walking stick, I explained that because of arthritic hands, I was requesting that the stick I was ordering have a clrcumference no greater than 3.5 inches, The request was acknowledged at the time the order was placed and about a week later, I received the walking stick in the mail. The first thing i did, naturally, was to measure the circumference.- it was exactly 3.5 inches, exactly as requested , and in record time. The walking stick is perfect in every way, the finish is great, dimensions are as requested and I look forward to many years of comfortable use. Many thanks1 You now have a loyal customer!

Beautiful walking stick. I lost the first one that I purchased so I purchased another and had my name and phone number engraved on it. It looked really nice and didn’t take away from the aesthetic. I’d recommend Brazos to anyone. There are so many choices. Something for everyone of every height. I love mine!

I am 71 years old and am recovering from my second stroke since March. A cane is too short for my 6’3” frame. The walking stick I purchased is perfect for regaining my equilibrium. I am totally thankful for finding Brazos online.
