I have not received the item I ordered, I was sent an incorrect item that is not even listed on the product page. When I contacted customer service, they offered to let me keep the cutting board and pay more for the seasoning butter’ or I could get what I ordered and a return label. I have received neither after almost two weeks. A very frustrating experience. Once I have resolved this order, I seriously doubt I will do business with the company again.

My original stick was lost/misplaced in transit, but I notified Brazos and they sent another one out and I received it a few days later. It’s for my dad and zi know he will love it.

The quality of the stick is great - however, I could have sworn I ordered a long stick, but got the 48” one, instead. As it turns out, I think I might prefer the one I got, but I don’t think it’s what I ordered.
