Never received my walking stick box empty and no response HORRIBLE I would never use them again and I'm telling corps and public the same maybe you should respond

55” Duel Purpose Walking Staff: my staff in the promised time and in excellent condition. I had it inscribed which was flawless. The only thing I added was a leather laced handgrip. I expect a lifetime of use with this staff and their warranty I trust I will. I have had many components on the workmanship and have recommended Brazos several times.

I really like the three partition that can be unscrewed to fit inside of luggage when travelling. I can even screw together top section and bottom section (exclude mid- section) as a shorter walking stick as an additional option. .

This is my third Brazo walking stick. They are simply the best! Getting ready to buy another one for a gift for a good friend.

I ordered a rubber tip for my walking stick. The image on the web site is a brown tip with two hiker figures on it. I received a black tip without any figures on it. I wrote to Brazos asking why. At first they said i ordered the wrong one. I checked, i ordered the right one but they sent the wrong one. Finally, they admitted the brown was out of stock so they sent a substitute. Bait and switch, false advertising, and a lousy attitude. In the end they said sorry for your bad luck but did not offer to make it right. Dave
