I really enjoy my walking stick. I have back problems so I use it when taking longer walks. It was great on the beach in Florida. It really helped with the slope on the beach. I found out my dad was having some issues with his leg so I gave him my stick and ordered a new one. He is 89 years old and gets around pretty good. He says his walking stick really helps him out. The quality of your products is also top notch. Thanks again.

Very nice cane. The Army emblem is a great addition. I had a name engraved and it looked very professional.

We ordered 5 hiking stick tips that were 7/99 each. we paid for them. they were supposed to be clay colored with embossed pair of hikers on them. We got 5 plain black tips. There was no explanation. Their web site would not work. I finally found an 800 number but only a recording answers it that tells you about their Webb site that was not working. The web site is now working and I sent a request for information about this. I received an answer from someone Briggs Health who said that they had not received what we ordered from the manufacturer(which we had assumed was Brazos but is not). They told me to keep checking their web site to see if they had gotten them. I told them it was not my job to do that. They should not have charged us until the product was available and they should send what we ordered to us when it comes.

Horrible company to do business with! They charged my card but never shipped the product I ordered. They don’t answer the phone or return emails. I’m not sure they are still in business.

I ordered new tips for my walking stick that came too big. I sent them back for new ones which I have yet to receive. So between the tips that were too big and the postage to send the big ones back, I’m out $30 Terrible customer service.

A wonderful Walkingstick! Comfortable and beautiful. And the engraving is done in an elegant style which I enjoy. I will certainly buy another one at some point.

I purchased a cedar walking stick from Brazos after our last trip to Yellowstone. A terrific assist to traverse water hazards! I love the quality and craftsmanship Brazos produced. My tip got lost in mud this week in the Carolina mountains. Need to try their ferrules. Thank you!
