I was having trouble ordering online and customer service refused to help me place my order insisting "the website works fine" I also added instructions on the length I wanted my stick and these instructions were ignored. I had to pay someone locally to cut my stick to the length I required. My stick arrived without the customary Brazos medallion cut into the handle. Overall I had a terrible experience. It seems that customer service is no longer a priority for your company as it was in the past.

Beautiful quality and a great walking stick.

I requested they engrave the walking stick as noted they could do on their website. When I received the stick there was no engraving anywhere on it. I emailed the company and inquired. They responded with a sad story: the engraving machine had a mechanical failure and they could not perform the engraving, but the good news is you did not get charged.

I love your canes but this time I wanted Engraved, was excited waiting for it and once I got it it didn’t Come the way I order it

The rustic hardwood root cane I purchased is really exceptional. It's beautifully crafted, shaped to your hand, wonderful and unique appearance. The finish is warm, not glossy and hard, and it feels good in the hand. Delivery was on time.

Love your walking sticks. This is the 2nd one I've ordered and have no complaints. I use mine everyday on my walks with our dog. I'm retired now with some hip issues and the walking stick really helps.

l don't like that l cannot call you on the phone like before, the walking stick that l received was a little thin for me. l emailed you but your company is now not very responsive, too bad you were such a great company before; what happened
