Great product great service. Only problem was that there was no way to say it was a gift to someone nor a line to say who it was from. My brother even called Brazos to see who it was from or if it w sent to the wrong address and no one would help him.

I am still waiting for the customer service representative to resolve my issue. All I need is help to buy the correct rubber tip. I LOVE my stick but for some reason I haven't heard back from Brazos.

I was sent a quality walking stick but without the engraving I ordered. Customer service did not agree with my perspective that since I did not receive what I had ordered it should not be my responsibility to pay for return shipping and restocking to return the unwanted merchandise. This was supposed to be a gift for departing team members. My office unfortunately will have to get poorer quality walking sticks for each rotating military member, because we have agreed that your business ethics should not survive in this market. We will not patronize your company although you do make some fine walking sticks.

I’m a little disappointed with it, the emblem on it is loose and stuck in at angle. It’s not flat. The price we paid thought it would be better.

The walking stick arrived too late to use hiking in Colorado Rockies due to delays with engraving according to the website but my stick arrived late with none of the requested engraving on it so I do not understand what the delay was and why they didn’t do any of the engraving.

Order a new walking stick and a rubber tip for my old walking stick. The old walking stick wasn't arriving so e-mailed the company. Return e-mail said one was on the way, but the new walking stick should have had a rubber tip. It did. So people on the other end don't read well, or comprehend.

Well crafted. Totally met all expectations.
