My first hickory stick from Brazos was great. I still use it every day. It's over one inch in diameter, and is hefty and sturdy. I use it every day for hiking, walking, climbing, and also for self defense if needed. I like it so much I ordered another one in case mine was lost or stolen. I was shocked when I opened the box and found that the hickory stick I ordered was nothing but a hickory twig barely a half inch wide. The price was the same as I paid for my genuine, burly hickory stick just a few years before. Prepare to be disappointed if you order one. It's not a stick any more, it's a flimsy twig.

Arrived promptly, just as described. Easy to assemble and take apart. Very sturdy. Attractive finish. Fits perfectly in a suitcase. Looking forward to using my new walking stick as we explore Germany. Thank you

I have now purchased three canes from Brazos and this is my first review. All are of superior quality and style. Mine are fairly conventional but stand out in the finer details like a comfortable handle, sturdy feel and choice of materials and colors. I don’t expect to buy any more canes but if I did I would come here.

I tried to order a few tips for my s6tticks and the shipping was ridiculously expensive. The new peopleb don’t seem as interested in customer service as r the previous group.

I ordered a Legacy walking stick with engraving. It was in remembrance of someone very close to me who passed. Afterwards I contacted customer service to request something not normally ordered engraved. I received the walking stick several weeks later. It was beautifully engraved. My request was done. The walking stick is strong. As I use it, it will always honor the memories of my family member who passed. This not the first walking stick I have ordered from Brazos; I have never been disappointed. They take pride in their craftsmanship. They only use solid products. Thank you Brazos!

I was diagnosed with cancer two years ago. I special ordered a black walnut cane from you that Said ' Samuel • Live Free Or Die ' on the side. It was made by Addison Livingston. When I called Brazos to order my cane a woman helped with cane floor to hand measurement. In a month, the base of the handle cracked really bad. I had to fill the crack with Gorilla glue using sewing thread to seal the crack. I tried to contact you a few times but you never once responded! My cane came clear coated and sealed. WRONG! A cane, walking stick or hiking staff has to breath. It's not furniture. I had to sand and then oil the entire shaft! But even at $185 it has become like an old friend. I'm 66 years old and now cancer free. I really like that the rubber tip comes off to reveal a spike for winter use. Ice and all... Thanks. Sincerely, Sam Stone
