The item I bought went on sale just 3 days after purchase. I called for a price adjustment and was told on two separate occasions they have no way of refunding the difference. I'm not sure what type of software they use but I find it hard to believe that they can't do a partial refund or for that matter how about suggesting an account credit? Terrible Customer Service

I ordered a custom cut Cain to 32"and it arrived at 34". I inquired and someone replied saying it should be the entire length of the Cain. Seems there is more than one person who does Cain's and 32" to one means the staff part and not the entire length from bottom of the staff to the top of the handle. The 32" Cain arrived at 33.75" in total, bottom to top. My other Cain was to be 34" and it was 34" total length top to bottom. When I informed Brazos they offered to send a return label, which I have not received yet, and shorten it, but my wife said she would use it as is. The Cain arrived sooner then I was told and everyone I contacted has been very nice and helpful. I suggested they pass this info on to everyone who makes Cain's so the orders are correct by company standards.

Just what I ordered.

Brazos sticks are my daily carry. Besides excellent manufacturing, they provide a variety of woods for any use. They make a great stick that provides the support you need regardless of your age. They came in especially handy when I developed a herniated disc but I used them for hiking for a number of years before that. After the back issue they enabled me to be mobile for 8 weeks as the back started to heal. It's best to have at least one around because you never know when it might become a necessity.

This is my 3rd cane/stick from Brazos. Yeah, they may be a little more expensive than the ones at the drug store or Walmart, but I bought my first one because it was heavy duty and now won’t use nothing else. I just purchased a 3 piece walking stick and leather case. I can carry it on my rollator and then use the stick when I’m in confined areas or away from my walker. I’ve received many compliments on both my canes and walking stick. If you use a cane or walking stick, indulge yourself and get one. You’ll thank me later!!
