Fantastic Product and Customer Service.
Refunded me immediately when I made a mistake on the length of my walking stick. I ordered a correctly sized one and it arrived extremely fast for a custom item. I’ve used it on several long hikes in rough terrain and it’s fantastic. Customer Service was amazing, the product shipping time was awesome, and the product itself is beautiful. The product while unique also matches what the wood in the images looks like, my twisted Sasafrass walking stick looks exactly as the images lead me to expect, something very rare when it comes to custom stuff like this.
