I ordered a walking cane from Brazos and it took only a few minutes once I selected the one I wanted.

I have called customer service twice over last month regarding various cane types. Both times I was greeted with both a very friendly and informative voice . That I have made two purchases is to a great degree due to the patient and very knowledgeable Representative with whom I spoke. Also, of course, the other reason is that after receiving the first cane (natural root), the quality and beauty of the product was undeniable—so I ordered another (twisted hickory) to have a trade-off. If you are disabled and need the support of a cane as I am and do—look no further—going from the heavily advertised “Hurricane” to a “Brazo” is akin to upgrading from a V W Bug to a Ferrari !

When the first order got lost Brazos was right on it and replace the order very quickly period very pleased with the quality and the customer service of the company highly recommend this

Beautiful walnut cane...couldn't ask for more.

I was expecting much more. The price of this walking stick was >400.00, There was no WOW factor at all. The name Jack was monogrammed on the stick it took me nearly a minute to identify what it actually said. Lower case j with upper case ACK. Just nothing special at all . Live and learn I guess.

The only problem I have with the stick is getting it in/out of what ever vehicle I am in. I am fairly tall so I ordered the longest stick. It helps my balance and confidence better than the cane that I previously used. Down slopes are much easier to negotiate than before.
