The perfect Christmas gift

Beautiful!!!

Since I just purchased a stick on-line minutes ago and obviously haven't received it yet, I assume this is a survey of my on-line shopping experience and not the stick. I rate it as "average" only, and not higher, because of several problems with navigating the website: 1. Very difficult to find a sizing chart once you have signed in to the website. I even tried using the "search" box on the site and it didn't work. I ended up Googling it separately and found it. 2. The images that display on the left for the various kinds of walking sticks, don't necessarily match the stick you are selecting on the right and it is difficult to see the stick in it's entirety because of the way the picture scrolls. 3. WORST part is that even when you select a different kind of wood, the description below remains the same. That is careless! 4. I can't believe that this company has no customer service hours on the weekend! That is when most people have time to do their shopping!!! I am hopeful that the product is of very good quality, and the website experience is the exception and not the rule. Thank you!

I absolutely LOVE my Brazos Walking Sticks. When I first got mine, in 2013, they were just what I was looking for. Sadly, I was soon unable to walk due to severe hip pain. Each time I looked at them I longed to go for a walk. The height was perfect and the heft gave me a good feeling of balance and swing. In October 2020 I had my right hip replaced. As soon as I was able, I planned to get out and walk. But, one of my sticks, left out at night by mistake, got stolen. Walking with only one stick wasn't enough balance. So I ordered a new one. This one is not a perfect match to the other - how could I expect it to be? It's maybe 1/2 to 1" longer. While I'd like it to match, it's not really a big deal. I've now been able to go out several times with both of them and I do just fine. It's such a good feeling. I can't imagine not having them. We just got snow, too - now I'll get to try out the end spikes! I'd buy these again in a heartbeat! They are beautifully crafted and have given me my mobility back again with a much better overall feeling than using a cane!

I bought two twisted Royal Oak walking sticks for remote friends. While I haven't seen them, they speak highly thereof.

Very happy with the walking sticks ordered for Christmas to give to my son and daughter-in-law. Not happy with UPS shipping as they delivered it to another address but within 10 days package was found and we got it finally. Brazos Walking Sticks offered excellent customer service and support in tracking down the shipment. They offered to totally replace our order free of charge if not located. Great people! Merry Christmas!

Very happy with my walking stick although the pandemic has restricted use of it to this date. The only dissatisfaction I have is in the $40 seal of Texas. For the price I expected something atleast twice the size. If I didn't know it was there I could have easily overlooked it and knowing now what I didn't know then, I would not have added it. My fault for expecting and not receiving.

I gave the walking stick as a birthday gift for my partner. We are avid hikers and enjoy many afternoons and weekends in the Indiana forests. The walking stick is perfect and she loves it. Great purchase.
