Brandy Melville USAReviews of brandymelvilleusa.com

The delivery 'confirmation' was from fed-ex and the image obviously is that they delivered it to the top of the wall outside our neighborhood by the gate, meaning they didn't even come inside our neighborhood and it was stolen. The customer service response was that once it left their warehouse and into the hands of Fed-Ex it isn't their responsibility. I will NEVER order from this sham place again.

Dont order online. They have a no cancellation or change policy even if minutes after your order. Instead of fixing an order they would rather get a return, as long as you pay for the return shipping. they have hung up on me numerous times, very unprofessional, I would not order from this company.

Horrible customer service.

I love brandy melville and have been shopping at it for about a decade because they make super cute good quality basics for reasonable prices. However the prices are still not cheap and the recent changes, while I understand the logic, makes me never want to support this brand again. The fact that fitting rooms have shut down but the return policy hasnt been adjusted is ridiculous. If your going to shut down fitting rooms, and prevent people from trying on clothes in the store even over the clothes they wore into the establishment; you should adjust the return policy to a full refund within x amount of days of purchase. Not an exchange or store credit. Vandalism and stealing I can understand is what caused for the closure, and though I would like to be able to just try on the clothes instead of making several trips to the store location (especially if you are from out of town and dont live next to a store front), I am not mad that they made that change. I am however mad that when it was decided this change would come they didnt adjust their other policies to make it fair to the consumers. Needless to say between that and rude staff I can get my basics elsewhere

This store is terrible when it comes to service. They have no fitting rooms, no mirrors, inconsistencies in one size fits all. No return policy! Only exchange for another item that you really don't know how it will fit. Stay away! Too bad, they could be good but not with this kind of service.

I really hope Brandy Melville reconsiders its in-store shopping experience and return policy. Not having fitting rooms puts customers in an unfair position. We have to buy clothing without knowing whether it will actually fit or look good. Then, if it doesn’t work out, we’re told we can’t get a refund. Customers can only get a store credit or an exchange. If customers are expected to take the risk of purchasing items they can’t try on first, the least the company should do is offer full refunds for unworn merchandise with tags attached. Better yet, bring back fitting rooms so people can make informed purchases before spending their money. The current policy feels one-sided and leaves customers paying for the company’s decision not to provide fitting rooms. Shopping should be enjoyable, not a gamble. I hope Brandy Melville listens to customer feedback and makes changes that are fair to the people who support the brand.
