DO NOT USE
The only reason I put a star is because I HAD to… I used my card for a hotel.com reservation. There was an issue and I disputed the transaction on 8/17/26. On September 2, 2026 Hotels.com refunded my money & sent proof to Branch. As of today 10/2/26 I still have yet to refund my money. The customer service all read from scripts & repeat themselves. When you up load documents to the app like they tell you too and they never contact you. The dispute team doesn’t do anything… I have shown them the refund confirmation several times and hotels.com has too. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! A real bank would issue their customer a PROVISIONAL credit especially when proof has been submitted multiple times!

The Debit Card payout option is a joke!
The Debit Card payout option is basically akin to putting your earnings into lock-up. I have yet to find one store of the many that I tried, that takes the Branch Debit Card. I can only find a bare minimum of ATMs to use and NONE are convenient! The one time that I needed help from customer service, I was told I had to wait. That is not good when you are at the check-out!!!
