After i placed my order i was very upset as customer service was not responding to my emails. However once i decided to call the guy on the line was super helpful. He apologized for the delay, explained the backorder and gave me all the information about my package. I’ve since had a few chocolate protein shakes and love the taste! Will definitely buy again.

Horrible experience, product arrived late, with absolutely NO COMMUNICATION during the process. This same experience was shared by many other users who purchased the 10lb brownie fudge whey on the slickdeals forum. About the product - nasty aftertaste, chalky texture, and the nutritional info is not accurate. Not buying from BPI again.

My item was 2 weeks late, and when I emailed customer service, I never got a reply. I had to hunt and find a number (which is not on their website) and call them. They were very unprofessional on the phone and you can hear the people cursing on the phone. When I called at first to tell them I hadn't recived my protein the man on the other end said "F%*k! ok Let me get some one" then I was bounced to two other people before talking to someone that could help. I won't retract my previous statement because what happened. But I had the chance to speak with Rodrigo, and he explained the reason for the experience. There was issue with a new system update and orders were being placed with product they didn't have. Though this issue happened, I am grateful for Rodrigo contacting me. He explained that he and his team of 3 other customer service reps are trying to make things right. I believe they are doing their best. Though this process was not good, I've had great success with their products and they haven't lost me as a customer.
