Great products, at a fair price. The pre workout is one of my favorites too use for years now.

I found BPI Sports through Steven Cao's workout vlogs, so I'm about a little over a month since I switched over. So far, I LOVE the Best BCAAs and ISO HD protein. I can see results so far and I'll definitely will be a long-term customer from here on out. Can't wait to try more products!

I ordered over $100 worth of product, and have still, after 3 weeks, have not received all the items.

Placed an order 1/31 requested an update, a response with discount code was provided and told there was a glitch in the system which caused order error. Was advised would have it shipped next day over night. A week later, requested a second update was told item was on back order (never received a courtesy email) have yet to receive my order. I have called requesting a refund only to be told a c.s. representative will call me back... have yet te receive a call bacl, refund, or order. It is now March 1st for an order placed Jan. 31st. This is the worse experience ever dealt with a company. Was contacted via private message on Instagram, was assured again a representative would contact me. AND STILL NOTHING... NO REFUND, NO CALL BACK! NOTHING. so much for a reputable company.

BPI Sports products have been a GREAT addition to my daily regiment! Thank you, BPI!

Never received the product i paid for!!!!

Tried to cancel twice through email, since phone call didn't reach and had to leave voicemail but no one replied back my emails norncalled.me back and ended up having to keep the products I wanted cancelled... needs better customer service...
