Customer Service Supervisor filed a claim
I received a 5lb of whey protein that wasn't sealed properly and I sent a request for an exchange, on Feb 12th 2018 a customer service supervisor emailed me and said he was going to subite a claim, I haven't heard anything else since and I still have this 5lb container of whey protein that I can't use.

I ordered the BCAA Shredded in Fruit…
I ordered the BCAA Shredded in Fruit Punch and the BCAA w/ Energy in Sour Candy. First off, the flavors are awesome. I'm super picky about things like that and I was very pleasantly surprised by the taste of both. The Energy is my favorite. I like to sip on it throughout my workout and I do find it gives me the endurance to make it through my whole workout without dying and gives me steady energy without the jitters. Pleased with the purchase! Will re-order.
