When our custom box manufacturer switched its operations overseas, we had a slew of problems…late deliveries, bad printing, bad communication, damaged items due to poor packaging….I could go on and on. I decided to give Box Genie a try. They are all US based. Their service reps are awesome and very responsive. When we need expedite service they are on it. Printing has been great, turnaround times are good and they communicate if they are experiencing delays. I am very happy with the overall experience and their prices are comparable (and lower during sales) to the competition.

Ordered and paid for boxes on 03/23/23. Site states shipping within 10 business days. It is now 04/14/23 and I just checked again.....it still says unfilled. I called and no one ever answers. I messaged them, no reply. I finally sent an email demanding contact and they reply with our order is waiting to be glued. They then offer me 20% off my next order (which is what they give all new clients so it doesn't mean anything). How about they refund me an additional 20%, refund my shipping cost and send my order? Very unsatisfied 1st time client.

Hi, Scott. We deeply appreciate your patience regarding your custom shipping box order. Earlier this week, one of Box Genie’s team members tried to reach you at the email address associated with your order. We’ve sent a note with additional details regarding an upgrade to your shipment. Records reflect that your package was delivered on Tues, Apr 18 via UPS. Our team is available for any additional help and to answer any questions you may have. The Box Genie team apologizes for the delay in your box delivery and sincerely hopes to have earned your trust back for future packaging projects. Thank you again for your patience.

My sample kit was delivered quickly and without issue. The materials inside show the true quality and wide range of options Box Genie offers. My favorite part was that they included samples of all their paper types in several designs so I could see exactly how different ink colors are absorbed on each one. Overall great experience!

I called in with questions about my art and a real person answered. Lynn was patient and helped me with my design questions and made sure I received my first time order discount before placing my order. Excited to receive my boxes!

They advertisement is a hoax. They don't return calls or answer contact us. They don't want your business

I have been calling them and emailing them in regards to my boxes and I have not received a call or email back. They advised me that my boxes which were small and only 100 boxes which is their minimum will ship within 10 days of ordering and they still have not shipped. The customer service and the customer service department is lacking and disconnected from the customer. This has been a very disappointing experience with them.

The experience dealing with Box Genie has been quite disappointing. The customer service department seems to be overwhelmed and difficult to get timely responses back. The boxes took longer then promised but the real problem was that even with me calling several times and emailing to make sure the shipping addresses were correct, they shipped the boxes to the wrong address. Mistakes happen but it’s very frustrating that they are dragging there feet resolving the problem. I explained the severity of the boxes not being sent to the proper address, you would think that after they realized they made a mistake they would stay in communication and help. Unfortunately I feel like I am on my own. Calling my credit card company if they do not resolve in a timely manner or respond in a timely manner.
