This was my first time working with punchlist but it will not be the last. They made it very easy turnkey. I think in today's home buying process this just makes it all come together the buyer is happy and the seller is happy, win-win

Highly recommend Punchlist for home owners! My client used PunchList to complete home repairs after purchasing in Chevy Chase. The process was super streamlined, and easy to add and delete services from the uploaded inspection report. The estimate came quickly, and the work was done the next day. Great resource for my clients, and I definitely plan to recommend it again!

Fast, reliable, reasonably priced service when I needed it - after contract was received for the sale of my home, and prior to closing! These guys are FABULOUS!

Punchlist was refered to us for a ceiling and drywall repair after mold remediation was done on our house and we were really impressed with them. It was not an easy job. Brandon, who was the territory manager, kept in contact throughout the repair and was very helpful in advising the family when an unexpected situation occurred. Ed the general contractor went above and beyond to ensure that everything was done correctly and made sure he and his guys were able to work around the family's schedule. Punchlist will definitely be on our mind for work in that area. The company is recommended for anyone in need of professional and quality service.
