The worst experience that I’ve ever had with a handyman company. - installed different colored doorknob so they didn’t match the others in the room -installed different colored window locks so they didn’t match the others in the room - turned a bunch of pipes off to fix the pipe they were supposed to fix leaving us with worse problems that I needed others to then fix - outlet replacement was nonfunctional and they had to return to fix the wiring - window estimate was doubled, they removed window hardware without asking then held parts ransom for 2 months trying to force us to pay double the original estimate for them to be returned

Punchlist does a fantastic job of providing a seamless customer experience! They make it super easy for my seller clients, and buyers love it because before and after pictures are provided so it saves them from having to pay for a reinspection. I wanted to reach out and express how appreciative I was for arranging Sloane Brummer to meet with us at 17 Sheridan Drive. As you know we were in a bind at the last minute, Buyer, Seller, incomplete repairs by a third party and closing in three days. We needed someone who was knowledgeable in discussing the issues at hand, offering solutions and the ability to "mediate the different opinions" if necessary. Enter Sloane Brummer. He could not have been more professional, offering solutions to repairs that were not adequate, calming the buyers in other areas and taking his time with a genuine interest and concern. He also, again at the last minute, rearranged his schedule to meet back with us the next day when the contractor was present to further discuss and clarify one particular issue. PunchList has always been a top notch company which makes it appropriate to add Sloane Brummer to the team. My first experience with PunchList was very positive! From the beginning, when I sent a 77 page inspection report along with a 9 page summary of items highlighted by the buyer, (not the ideal way to submit a request), but I still received an estimate within the timeframe they had given. My seller was able to easily walk through the estimate and choose exactly which items he would agree to have repaired. The estimate was automatically adjusted, as my client made his decisions. PunchList scheduled the repairs, based on the timeline of closing. Contractors came for 2-3 days and got the work done in a very efficient manner. To the end, when my client called to tell me that everything was being taken care of by PunchList and that all of the workers were very pleasant. It is important to have satisfied clients, and PunchList made this possible. Love that the repairs are guaranteed for a year and payment is handled at closing. Erin was extremely helpful in making the process go so smoothly.
