Debra
It helped us see how much everything was going to cost to fix and we were able to ask the sellers to fix a few things.

Punch list was very diligent in making sure my project was done. A great vendor to use if you are closing on a property and want the seller to pay the repair fees. They made the process very simple and made sure I was satisfied. Dave Purdy call me throughout the whole process to ensure I was satisfied with the job and the cost of the project.

Allison
The only concerns I had with this service were that I had a hard time sharing the estimate and the mobile version of the website was tricky to navigate. Otherwise great experience!
Response from BOSSCAT Home ServicesNov 8, 2022
Understood Allison! Thank you for letting us know as it really allows us to see where we can improve. For the future, at the top of every estimate, there is an option to download it as a PDF for easy sharing with whomever! We are certainly working out the bugs on our mobile site. Can you email us the issues you experienced when navigating the mobile site to [email protected] so we can take a look and try to fix? We really appreciate you taking the time to let us know!!
