BOSSCAT Home ServicesReviews of bosscathome.com

PunchListUSA has made it very easy for us to plan our steps for renovations and home improvements on our new home.

This gave me an idea of what I could afford vs what needs fixed.

PunchList’s services came bundled with a home inspection we had done by Pillar to Post. PunchList provided a list of needed repairs, as well as cost estimates for them, which was very helpful. Even better, the service will help us as we move forward with our new home, helping us keep track of regular maintenance tasks as well as more substantial repairs.

As first time homebuyers, Punchlist has made it easy for us to understand the ins and outs of our home with the click of a button (literally). It's been seamless throughout and we feel better off with the knowledge of their reports!

The inspector was amazing.

Quick return with concise estimates and disclaimers.

The team at Punchlist provided 5-star service from beginning to end. I will absolutely be using them again for any future projects.

Chris was punctual, professional, thorough and very kind. The estimate was even more detailed than I’d expected with pictures to illustrate his findings. There were virtual links to see what Chris saw in case you are not able to be present for the inspection, and for future reference. I was also able to use his report to send off for an estimate of all the deficiencies he found; I was able to receive the estimate in less than 12 hours. Chris took the time to review his findings and answer any remaining questions. Would definitely recommend to others.
