I found out about the site when I was laid up at home with a broken ankle. I couldn't put any weight on it, so I had to have everything delivered. I needed some wine to dull the pain (no pain killers) and had no idea how I was going to get any. I googled booze delivery in Manhattan and Booze Carriage caught my eye. Totally seamless (pun intended). I've told all my friends about it and one friend even noted it in her blog. I'm obsessed, really.

I was a great proponent of this service until last May when I placed my usual order of 2 bottles of Campari and after 4.5 hours and many phone calls to (Name)(I think was his name) they arrived. I subsequently received an email saying that BC would gift me with a free bottle. When I finally tried to place and order and then spoke to (Name) (I think) no one had a record of this. My previous address until last May 22 was [Private data]. My new address is: [Name]. Would love to know what happened. Pat Giller

Amazing service. What more could one ask for? Beer, Wine and Spirits (hopefully all 3) delivered to your door in about 30 mins. I love the service and I recommend it to everyone I know.

I love using Booze Carriage for ordering beer for same-day delivery for my company. The prices are pretty great for the service provided, and the beers options are varied. We have never had a problem with any delivery, and we use this service about once a week. The only reason why I didn't rate Booze Carriage as 5 stars is that sometimes the website is slow and/or doesn't load properly, and I spend time having to re-enter my order.

I liked the idea of this service but using it has been problematic in the following ways: 1. finding items on the website (i.e. triple sec or cointreau) - the search is not intuitive 2. on multiple occasions vendors did not have stock. 1.75 liters of major brands of vodka like kettle one or absolut. Or tequila like Cuervo Gold. 3. The prices don't seem competitive. a bit on the high side.
