Sometimes a plan comes together... And sometimes you need a little help. Booze carriage delivers and handles the heavy lifting whenever I need a helping hand with beer or wine

My wine, while listed, was out of stock. I was waiting for its arrival and actually had to call to find out where my order was. The wine arrived and was as described so, I think they just need to improve their inventory tracking system and develop better processes for letter the customer know the status of their order.

I love Boozecarriage! It's great for when you realize last-minute that you need more booze and it's late at night or there's nowhere close to you that sells alcohol. they're also very responsive and if they don't have a certain item they will call to discuss alternatives with you. Also, they're efficient and quick with their delivery, and they're always courteous. Have used them for a few times now and have never been disappointed! Will continue to use them and highly recommend!

Speedy, Almost always correct orders (I order weekly for work and home), Good prices, good customer service. The website UI is not that user-friendly and acts up sometimes.

I really want to like this company because I think the idea is a great one. But every time I have ordered, (1) something has gone wrong and (2) their customer service has been totally unresponsive. For example, I have had orders arrive more than 4 hours late, not show up at all, missing items, incorrect items, etc. And I got no response after emailing and calling customer service several times.

I've ordered quite a few times and they're terrific. Terrific prices, terrific service, terrific selection. Highly recommended! Beats schlepping a bunch of bottles home from the store.

I live in Tennessee. My broke sister lives in Brooklyn Booze Carriage lets me send her booze so she can spend her money on less important things like rent and food .
