Customer, Thanks for your Feed Back! I Think you are referring to the Barley Product... It certainly has an Organic Taste to it as it is grown in a completely organic environment. It is actually sprouted Barley that has been ground down into a fine powder so it retains the earthy taste. Rest assured there is no Mold in the Product! Lol... You can mix it with Juice but you are right about the added carbs and sugar. I have Some other suggestions for using the Barley that have been submitted by our awesome customers. 1. Add the Barley to cold or hot cereal in the morning. 2. Add the Barley to Yogurt. 3. I put mine into my coffee in the morning. 4. Sprinkle it on a salad (that's low carb). 5. Add it into a Fruit Smoothie These are just suggestions and keep in mind Our Barley is a food product so Feel Free to add it to whatever foods you like or you can think of in order to incorporate it into your diet. Also keep your eye on the end game...Your overall health...Keep note of your energy levels and how you are feeling once you have been using the product for a while.
