Thanks for your feedback. I'm sorry to hear that you aren't getting the results you are looking for with our GoodNight Formula. Everyone's body chemistry is different and sometimes what works for most doesn't work for all. Sometimes the environment is key for a good night's rest. Factors like blue light from an electronic device, not having the right climate can really affect your ability to sleep and many other factors that are covered in the blog below. I know it sounds weird but if your mind won't relax and it keeps racing while you are trying to sleep tense your tongue up like a muscle and then release it. Briefly press your tongue against the roof of your mouth to make it tense, then stop doing that and let your tongue be anywhere in your mouth. On your way to sleep, gently be aware of your tongue. Here are some links to videos that you can also do right before you go to sleep, that will help you relax. Jorge, I am sorry to hear the GoodNight Formula didn't work as expected. Every one's body is different and sometimes things that work for some people don't always work for everyone. Either way I was trying to find your original order and I cannot find your name in our database. I would be happy to return the money you paid for the GoodNight Formula, as it was not effective for you. Can you please send me the name you purchased the product under so I can find the invoice. Also if you have the invoice number that would be helpful. I'm not sure who you spoke with when you called in but we offer a 30 Day money back guarantee on the product and all we ask is you send back the unused portion so we can return the cost of the product to you. But we also are interested in the long term outcome of your use of our products. That is why about 30 to 40 days after your first order we place a call to you to see how you are doing with the products and if they are helping. About the Taste, We stay away from adding too much flavoring as it usually results in extra sugar and calories, A lot of the taste of the Boomer Boost is Spinach, Barley Grass and Nutrients and Vitamins. We add a very small amount of Fruit Flavoring. A majority of people who have used regular Barley grass drinks much prefer our Boomer Boost and Boomer Barley Combination as far as taste and results. The mixture you have created with the apple juice and Stevia is great! Many people add the products to things like cereal, Oatmeal, Fruit Smoothies... definitely experiment and find what works for you! About the Consistency, Because our Boomer Boost contains agricultural components like the Spinach & Barley Grass the consistency of them can vary from batch to batch. Rick, It was good talking to you today after receiving your feedback! After discussing your health History on the phone today and getting to know some more details, Even after only 8 days on the product you and I both came to the conclusion that even at the recommended dose of barley you were experiencing a Healing Reaction or Jarx Herxheimer which is the bodies reaction to an endotoxin like product released by the death of harmful microorganisms within the body during an antibiotic or cleansing treatment. Kind of a testament to the strength of the product, however an unpleasant side effect. Often times individuals who have been on a consistent regiment of prescription drugs experience this reaction from the release of the bi-products left over from a petroleum based medicine. As these bi-products are released into the liver and kidneys if they are not flushed out quickly or if there is an overabundance of bi-products and other accumulated extra cellular debris and toxins they can be re absorbed into the blood stream and cause side effects, such as headaches and Diarrhea or other flu like symptoms. After discussing we identified your reaction to the release of these toxins was a headache. Boomer Boost is also an amazing way to increase Blood Flow. Cholhye, It was good talking with you today after receiving your Feedback. After discussing your health history on the phone today and getting some more details you and I both came to the conclusion that 3 weeks may be a little early to see a marked improvement in the Idiopathic Dizziness you are suffering from. After discussing this issue of yours at length we seemed to have made a correlation to the onset of this "dizziness" being right around the Time you started a prescription medication given to you by your Dr 4 years ago. As we discussed the possible effects of this prescription on your body we realized that the "Dizziness" you cannot get rid of may be caused from the prescription. And what was worse is that before you started the Boomer Products and you were only using the Prescribed medication it wasn't very effective in helping your issue, You still had consistent readings of 140 over 99 or so. One of the positives that we were able to notice was that since you began the Boomers Products your elevated Blood Pressure has seemed to level out. You had stated that for about the past 2 to 3 weeks or so your Blood pressure readings were coming in consistently at 120 over 78, A Marked Improvement over what it Had been, (140 over 99 or so) Very encouraging! You stated that you would be visiting your Dr. to discuss possibly lowering your dosage amount. I look forward to hearing what He says.
