Your original refund request never reached our support system, which is why you were left waiting and understandably frustrated. As soon as we saw your review, we contacted you by email to sort it out. Our team hoped you might update your review once the problem was solved, but it was only a request, never a condition, and we should have worded it much better. We have now found your purchase and processed your full refund today. Depending on your bank, it can take 5 to 10 business days to appear on your statement. If you have any question about it, simply reply to our email and I'll personally make sure it's handled.

I was really excited about using bookyai to start on my book writing but unfortunately it doesn't work with linx mint. But Alexander was wonderful and got me a refund immediately when I talked to him and figured out why I couldn't use it. But if I do get a macos or windows operating system I will try bookyai again! I couldn't have asked for an easier transaction

I have invested in half a dozen different ebook-create programs and have narrowed that collection down to BookyAI as the winning set of tools.
