This is a good work in progress. It performs several operations in a unified desktop application in a unified workflow. That's astounding. There's margin to improve. For non-fiction, deeper research must be performed and congruency among chapters must improve. The prompts for the covers must improve also with consistency in the case of series. There must be a way to store the covers with the spine. As I've said, there is margin to improve, but, in the overall, I think you're in the right way. @Application, @Product

Customer service needs improvement
I contacted customer service on 23rd Sep. It took me 3 attempts (3 tickets) and 1 Trust Pilot review before a human being (not AI) kindly helped me out. I managed to generate 1 book. Right after my 1 book was generated there was no time to read or listen to it. A software update came along and my licence stopped working for 2 days. I contacted customer service again and I was helped immediately. Considering I have been partially refunded (at my request) I suppose BookyAI is good value for money if you have time to spare dealing with customer service.

You're right that our live chat is answered by an AI assistant, so customers get help at any hour. But it should never stand between a customer and a refund they're entitled to. We are changing how refund requests are handled so that they always reach our team directly.

With high hopes I purchased this product, I found it difficult to use. I will continue to keep trying
OK, I have to admit, after 4 months of constant barrage of ads on Facebook, I signed up.
Quite frankly, I find this cumbersome and clunky to use, with a lot of things that could be automated. I purchased 4 modules and still wonder what I bought. I just found a video on how to set up my bookstore. The download simply brought me to one book. I have hesitated to do more since it is so cumbersome. I am a writer, not a techie, and I'd hoped everything I needed would be in one place, so I wouldn't have to spend time searching for a simple how-to for each task at the outset. I would have been happier to leave a Trustpilot review. To be honest, I have not tried support. I will continue to struggle when I have the time and capacity to learn this, but I have a book from another app to get to Amazon. I am a little disappointed; I had high hopes.
