In the middle of service issue now. Hopefully they get back to me... however, the app when it works is pretty good.

Hi Harris,
Thank you for the 4 stars, and for being patient with us while your issue is open.
I’m glad you like BookyAI when it works, and I want it to work for you every time. I’ve asked our team to look at your case as a priority, so you should hear from us very soon. If you can, please reply to your ticket email with any details or screenshots that might help, as that usually gets things solved faster.
We’ll keep at it until everything is running smoothly. Thank you for giving us the chance to make it right.

All in one publishing app
Before discovering BookyAI, I struggled with Amazon KDP cover dimensions and often had to redesign my book covers several times. BookyAI simplified the entire process and saved me considerable time and frustration.
I also purchased Bindery, and the experience of having my own online bookstore is incredibly rewarding. Adding the Agency package has enabled me to establish my own writing and publishing agency, through which I can professionally serve clients.
Together, these three products have given me the tools to build a complete publishing business alongside my other activities. The audiobook feature is the perfect finishing touch, making the entire experience even more valuable.
Their customer service is also excellent. The support feels personal and one-on-one, which makes every customer feel genuinely valued. Overall, BookyAI has been a transformative investment for my publishing journey.

Thank you for this. Hearing that BookyAI, Bindery and the Agency package have come together into a real publishing business is the best outcome we could hope for, and the fact that the KDP cover headaches are behind you makes us especially happy, since that was one of the first problems we set out to remove.
We are also glad the audiobook feature landed as the finishing touch, and that support has felt personal. That is deliberate: every message is read and answered by the team building the product, and it will stay that way.
Good luck with your clients and your own titles. We would love to see what your bookstore looks like a year from now!

Great Tool, Responsive Team, Rapid Improvements
I’ve had a very positive experience with BookyAI so far.
I came into it with a fairly technical background and a lot of experience working with AI tools, custom agents, and multi-model workflows, so I wasn’t expecting a magic “one click and your book is done” solution. What I was looking for was a tool that could help accelerate the writing process, organize ideas, generate useful drafts, and give me a solid foundation to work from. BookyAI has done that well.
Like any AI writing platform, the quality of the output depends heavily on the quality of the ideas, prompts, context, and direction you provide. When I put the time into developing strong concepts, characters, timelines, and instructions, I’ve been able to get very useful results from the platform.
What has impressed me most is the responsiveness of the development team. I’ve provided several suggestions and pieces of technical feedback, and I’ve seen improvements and new capabilities implemented very quickly. That tells me they are actively listening to users and working to improve the product rather than just selling software and disappearing.
The platform is still evolving, and there are areas where the interface, documentation, and workflow can continue to improve, but that’s normal for a product developing this quickly. I’ve also been impressed by the direction they are taking with model flexibility, rewriting tools, reviews, and broader integration options.
For me, BookyAI is not a replacement for creativity, editing, research, or good writing judgment. It is a very useful tool that can help get you much further, much faster when you understand how to use it effectively.
Overall, I’m happy with my purchase and encouraged by how quickly the product is improving. I’m looking forward to seeing where the team takes it next.

Thank you James, this one means a lot. You've described exactly how we hope BookyAI gets used: as a tool that takes strong ideas, characters and direction and gets you much further, much faster, not as a replacement for the writer.
And you're right that the fast improvements aren't an accident.
Several of the capabilities you've seen land recently came straight from your suggestions and technical feedback, and that is the loop we want to keep: users who tell us precisely what they need, and a team that ships it.
The interface, documentation and workflow will keep getting better, and we'd love to keep hearing from you as they do.
Thank you for the trust, and happy writing!

When I purchased BookyAI I was rather…
When I purchased BookyAI I was rather skeptical. Upon installing the program it seemed to be another just another idea machine. I had several rough starts trying to get it to assist me with my partial chapters. After contacting support a few times and not giving up I finally got it to work. I actually did a small 10k word short story and it came out great. Since then they have added Audio which again had a few glitches but is working well now. I have not tried the cover generator yet or the newest addition series.
My main concern is continuity between chapters. I find a lot of times if I have not created an ending already or if I allow the writer to go it alone it will repeat parts of the previous chapter in the current chapter. I also find that at times if you ask for it to expand a chapter it will borrow lines from the chapter before or after.
I just want to be clear the program will self write and it does a good job besides the continuity issue above.
I am glad I decided to join when I did and watching this grow has been great. If you want a good program that is getting better and better this is the one.

Preston, thank you for such a thoughtful review; it means a lot coming from someone who pushed through the rough start. On continuity: you've described it precisely. Recent versions strengthened the book's memory — each chapter now gets structured recaps of the previous ones (what happened, open story threads, where every character is), which cut the drift a lot — but the specific repetition you see (a chapter retelling part of the previous one, or Expand reusing lines it was shown) isn't fully solved yet, and it's now at the top of our list with concrete measures: explicit "start where the last chapter ended, never re-narrate" rules, content recaps for non-fiction too, an Expand mode that is forbidden from reusing surrounding text, and an automatic overlap check that regenerates a chapter when it repeats the previous one. Until then, two things help: review the outline before writing (make sure no two chapter summaries cover the same beat) and keep the Codex threads current — the AI follows them closely. I'll let you know personally when the update ships.
