I paid for 3 flight reservation to “Booking reservation for visa”: Departure from Bucharest to Brussels on 18.10.2023 and returning from Brussels to Bucharest on 21st of October. They sent me one reservation from Dhaka to Bangkok. I have tried to reach them via email, live chat and phone. I could not get any answer. We have visa appointments tomorrow morning.

I found BRFV via Google search and I received my flight booking and hotel reservation within 12 hours, although they had originally promised under 3 hours. I panicked a bit, initially, but in the end I was able to get my documents. There was a spelling mistake but that was corrected within 4 hours. They definitely need to be transparent with the wait time. It was way longer than I expected but I got it eventually and I received the visa I was applying for the next day. I would definitely recommend them but don't expect to get your documents in 3hours. It might take longer.

They gave a completly valid ticket which worked. After reviewing then, they can also increase the validity to 21 days, for free!
