It has been very good experience over last 2 years but my recent experience was not as expected. I got air ticket reservation for visa , but was shocked to find that this PNR did not exist after 48 hrs , while Visa application was under process. I called them but no response. This website claims that PNR remains valid for at-least 7 days but this was not true.

They say the ticket takes from 5 to 60 minutes to arrive but mine took 4 hours to arrive. Staff is not friendly at all.
