A Scam .... PNR of flight is uncheckable after 3-5 days.

These guys are a scam- our hotel reservations were cancelled the same day we got them, got our visa rejected- there is no customer support- you cannot talk to anyone or get any replies on email.

4 out of 5 times = great experience. Got my documents within 2 hrs. Last time they randomly decided to delay delivery. It’s been 10+ hours and still no reply from them, no message, no expected delivery time. Cannot reach them phone, chat, or emakl. This is very inconvenient and surprising. They need to be responsive and provide ETA on document delivery.

I had requested on 20/10/2023 flight reservation for my return journey from New Delhi to Prague. Outbound journey date requested was 18 November and return journey date was 25 November. I also made the payment accordingly. But I have received the reservation, on 23/10/2023, only for the outbound journey and this also is not verifiable on airline website with the reference numbers provided. I sent a reply mail with a request to correct the anomaly but the mail was not acknowledged. I attempted live chat but nobody responded. Very shoddy and unprofessional approach. I fear that I lost my money.

Its a SCAM! I paid and never receive the email. Trying to reach them in the chat and no answer

They say their tickets are valid upto 2 weeks, but it got cancelled in just 2 days after booking. I booked my ticket from them on 17 October and submitted with my visa application, but when I see today on 19 October, I found it got cancelled already. I also asked them on their email when they first sent me the ticket that for how many days it will remain valid? but they havent replied either. Their chat on their website is useless, whenever you try whether at day or night, you wont see anybody responding you back. I again emailed them when I saw today that my ticket is cancelled but still no response from them :( They aren't trustworthy. I am worried about my visa application now, it might get reject because of invalid flight. If you are paying $15 for the ticket that will remain valid for just 1-2 days, its scam!

VERY SLOW AND LOUSY SERVICE AND MANY ERRORS ON MY AIR TICKETS. I REALLY HATE IT!!!!! WHAT IS STATED ON THEIR WEBSITE IS NOT TRUE. HATE IT
