Scammers and Blackmailers: Paid for a 14-day flight reservation (booking ref: WNEDAD) for a visa application. Within 2 days it was already showing "No active flight found" on the Etihad website. After multiple unanswered emails and phone calls, they finally responded — but told me the validity issue was because of my negative Trustpilot review, and that I needed to remove or update it to get the service I paid for. This is review manipulation, plain and simple. I updated my review as requested. The reservation still kept dropping. I had to chase them repeatedly to keep it barely functional. Each time they said "your issue is resolved" — it wasn't. This service is unreliable and their practice of tying service delivery to online reviews is unethical. If you need a dummy ticket for a visa application, use a reputable service. A failed reservation can result in visa rejection — not worth the risk.

Their customer service is non-existent. The number listed in their website is no longer functioning, and their live chat agent doesn’t reply. I would stay away from this website as it’s a scam.

You send me the ticket to go but there is not return ticket, just the ticket is fine so I can attach to my traveling documents the return ticket am suppose to depart São Paulo on the 5th , just give me the ticket booking so I can print out , the return ticket can’t get a visa without that just send that now now please and please unless all this would be a waste if I don’t get in 5 hrs please

Looks like it's not a valid reservation, I could not verify the PNR online. Chatbot doesn't work here. Received the itinerary 9 hrs later. Waiting for the reply on the confirmed tickets.
